Tangshan ZEAO Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin, within the Bohai Economic Rim, midway between the major cities of Beijing, Tianjin, and Tangshan. It is 45 kilometers from Tianjin New Port and 40 kilometers from Tianjin Airport, with convenient access to the expressway network, enjoying a superior geographical location.
The company was established on December 26, 2012, and commenced trial production in August 2013. It occupies a site of 86,000 square meters, with a total building area of 42,000 square meters. The company’s registered capital is RMB 10.1 million, and it currently employs approximately 320 core staff, about 15% of whom hold at least an associate degree or higher. The company’s principal business scope includes steel furniture, steel–wood composite furniture, sports equipment, and other related products.
The company operates state-of-the-art production facilities, including proprietary welded-pipe rolling lines, welding robots, laser cutting and laser welding systems, automated electrostatic powder-coating lines, and automatic packaging lines. It is also equipped with plate-type CNC cutting machines, honeycomb cardboard production lines, and UV automated coating lines, and has established an “online pretreatment-based coating production line,” thereby forming a comprehensive production system for home-furniture products and a diversified manufacturing framework. Currently, the company’s annual production capacity reaches US$85 million, with its main products being exported to international markets such as Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
