Tangshan ZEAO Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2012, starting with the trade of metal materials and hardware accessories and taking root in the Lutai Economic Development Zone of Tangshan. In 2014, the company completed the optimization of its equity and management structure, establishing a specialized manufacturing direction; in 2015, it expanded its business scope and officially entered the R&D and production of steel-wood furniture, sports equipment, and metal structural components. In 2016, the company invested 210 million yuan to build a 53-mu modern industrial base and 30,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings, achieving a scaled production capacity of 340,000 sets of steel-wood composite furniture per year.
From 2018 to 2022, the company focused on technological innovation and quality enhancement, earning designations as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise and a science-and-tech–oriented small and medium-sized enterprise. It has obtained a total of 23 patents, achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and expanded its product portfolio to cover all application scenarios—residential, commercial, and outdoor—while extending its market presence to regions worldwide, including Northern Europe, North America, Japan and South Korea, and Southeast Asia. In 2023, the company initiated an expansion of its UV production line, adding an annual capacity of 150,000 furniture sets at the Lutai Economic Development Zone Management Committee in Tangshan, Hebei Province, thereby further strengthening its competitive edge in the industry.
After 14 years of hard work, ZEAO Metal has grown into a comprehensive metal products enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and import and export. With technological innovation, lean manufacturing, and honest contract fulfillment as its core, it continuously serves well-known domestic and international brands and large-scale engineering projects, writing a chapter of leapfrog development from a trader to a modern manufacturing enterprise.
